Question: How do you solve an error that comes in VMware ESXi 6.7 when you are trying to start the Virtual Machine. The error says "Failed - Invalid CPU reservation for the latency-sensitive VM. Need full CPU reservation: 9936 MHz (measured) or nominal processor frequency".

Answer: When you see this error it simply telling you that the Virtual Machine you are trying to start has a set of latency Sensitive = High. In order to resolve this issue, you have to go to "Action" after you click the VM, then navigate to "VM Options" then scroll down until you see "Advanced" and then "Latency Sensitivity". Make sure the value is "Normal".
