ffmpeg generating video manifest.mpd file error "The term -b is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program" in Powershell

When working with Dash Video to generate the manifest.mpd file to play a video based on the bandwidth of the network like YouTube or Netflix videos play. There might be an error when Dashfying the videos files.

- If you decide to use the code from ffmpeg.org/ffmepg-formats.html#dash-2 then the code will look like below:

ffmpeg -re -i <input> -map 0 -map 0 -c:a libfdk_aac -c:v libx264 \
-b:v:0 800k -b:v:1 300k -s:v:1 320x170 -profile:v:1 baseline \

Solution: Just remove the leading "\" from the command, Powershell is terminating the command when it reaches a slash. FFmpeg needs to know the whole command to work.
