Alejandro Mayorkas has to be Biden’s worst cabinet choice. As secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), Mayorkas has failed to perform the core responsibilities of DHS to support and defend the Constitution and enforce the laws of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Mayorkas still believes he is director of Citizenship and Immigration Services, making immigration policy. His primary job is protection of the homeland.
