Switch successor a “major concern” for Nintendo, says president
During a Japanese investor Q&A meeting this week, Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa stated that maintaining and growing the Switch’s 100-million-plus userbase in the event of a future hardware transition was a priority for the company and emphasized building long-term relationships with customers through services such as Nintendo Accounts and IP outside of gaming.
