The Gardaí have made their third arrest in connection with the Christmas Eve gangland murder that took place at Browne's Steakhouse in Blanchardstown. Tristan Sherry, a 26-year-old man, died after being assaulted and a man in his 40s suffered gunshot wounds in the incident.
The Gardaí have been conducting an investigation into the murder since it occurred and have made significant progress in their efforts to bring those responsible to justice. The first arrest was made on Christmas Day, when a man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the murder. A second person was arrested on December 27th, also in connection with the incident.
The Gardaí have not released any further details about the third arrest or the identity of the individual who has been detained. It is unclear at this time what role they played in the murder or if they are being investigated for any other crimes. The investigation is ongoing and the Gardaí are working closely with the victim's family to bring them closure.
